The boudoir holds its breath, as if awaiting a kiss.
Here, the blonde beauty lies like strewn rose petals upon the satin bed. See the bed—those sheets, the swathes of flushed pink sateen, the frilled edges of the coverlet, the heart-shaped pillows laced with gold thread. In the soft glow, our Rose prepares for a night of pleasure.
Look at the dresser—all lacquered in the colour of cherry blossoms, gilded with flecks of gold. There, the tools of anticipation stand—the rouge to be applied to parted lips, the blush puff that dots powder on the nose, the spidery inkblot of wet mascara on the lashes. Silken kisses wrapped in plastic, desire folding like the accordion pleats of the velvet curtains.
Faux Rose opens with the shimmer of a blooming pink rose, spreading like thick honey across the senses. The scent of a sweetened Italian sponge cake—dusted with powdered rose and sugared dew drops—waits to be devoured. This enticing, vintage, and sensual gourmand fragrance is the centrepiece of Faux Rose’s boudoir triptych.
